By booking a session with Open Soul Bodywork, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Scope of Practice

 Massage therapy provided by Open Soul Bodywork is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

 Clients are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions.

 Open Soul Bodywork does not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or perform spinal manipulations.

 2. Client Responsibility

 Clients agree to:

 Provide accurate and complete health information prior to the session.

 Inform the therapist of any changes in medical condition.

 Communicate discomfort or preferences during the session.

 Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may increase risk of injury. Open Soul Bodywork is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

 3. Cancellation Policy

 Appointments require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

 Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

 No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

 4. Late Arrival

 If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to accommodate scheduled appointments. The full session fee still applies.

 5. Professional Conduct

 Open Soul Bodywork follows professional standards and ethical guidelines for Licensed Massage Therapists in Washington State.

 All sessions are conducted in a respectful, safe, and professional environment.

 Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual remarks or advances, will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required.

 6. Payment

 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

 Accepted payment methods may include card, cash, or approved digital payment platforms.

 7. Liability

 By booking a session, clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves bodywork and inherent physical contact. While every effort is made to ensure safety and comfort, Open Soul Bodywork is not liable for normal post-session soreness or minor discomfort.

 8. Agreement

 By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
